Michael Dozier is the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of MCP.
Michael has over 14 years of experience in working with and managing
grant funded programs. In addition, he is a national certified grant
writer and certified prevention specialist in alcohol, tobacco and
other drugs. He has provided many training throughout the U.S. in
grant writing, coalition building, non-profit start-up, community
needs assessment, research and science-based prevention programs,
cultural competency, grant management and board development. In 2005,
he was selected for inclusion in the Who's Who's Outstanding CEO for
Non-profits by the Mississippi Business Journal.
Daisy Carter is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. She attended
Wingfield High School and Jackson State University where she received
a Bachelor of Art in English in 2006. Daisy joined MCP in February
2008 as the Office Manager. As a mother, she feels MCP is doing the
State of Mississippi a great service by reaching out to the youth and
influencing their life today.
Charli Wilson Holt is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. She attended
Hillcrest Christian High School and went on to graduate from The
University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass
Communication and Journalism. Charli joined MCP in January 2008 and is
now serving as Program Director for the C.B.A.E. Abstinence Only
Program. She has a strong sense of belief that the work that MCP does
in the State of Mississippi will make an impact on the lives of our
youth and benefit the future of our generations to come.
Ashley McIntyre joined MCP in January 2008 as Special Projects Coordinator. She
earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with emphasis
in Public Relations and Advertising from Tougaloo College in May 2007.
She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts degree in Sociology at
Jackson State University. She is an advocate for the success of
adolescents and encourages self regulation, self knowledge and stress
management amongst our youth. She is confident that being a part of
Mississippi Community Partnership, Inc. will allow her as well as
others who are passionate about prevention within the lives of youth
to make an immeasurable difference across the state of Mississippi,
eventually advancing to many other states.
Tiffany Terrell is a native of Vicksburg, MS. Tiffany joined MCP in April 2008
as Administrative Support/Mentoring Program. She graduated from
Alcorn State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Communications. She also graduated from Alcorn in 2003 with a Master
of Science degree in Elementary Education. Her years of experience and
obsession with the longevity of thriving adolescents within the states
of Mississippi and Tennessee are primary reasons why she teamed up
with a company that has made and will continue to make a difference in
the lives of youth by leading them in the right direction.
